A Disney Cruise Line crew member has been arrested for the possession and transportation of child pornography.

The crew member, Tirso Neri, who was working aboard the Disney Dream, was found by law enforcement to have sexually explicated photos and videos of minors on two different phones in his possession. According to reports from USA Today, an affidavit signed by a Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent stated that the photos and videos included both children and teenagers.

Neri, 44, from the Philippines, has been charged with possession of child pornography and transportation of child pornography. Disney Cruise Line shared a statement about the crew member with USA Today stating the following:

“In accordance with our zero-tolerance policy for this kind of alleged behavior, this individual is no longer with the company.”

This is the fourth recent case of Disney Cruise Line employees being arrested for child pornography. Two crew members were charged in January of this year and earlier this April, one dancer was arrested.
