Panchito’s, the main gift shop at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, has undergone an extensive refurbishment. The first phase of the redesign was finished back in October. Then we checked back in on it in November. However, the final details have been finished up and Panchito’s Gifts and sundries is finally finished. Let’s take a look!

We were worried when they removed the old character statues. I am happy to report that Panchito is still here. Don’t hold your breath for anyone else, though.

I’m sorry to say that the merchandise cart that used to be pulled by Burrito the flying donkey is nowhere to be seen.

The temporary register area has been cleaned up and given a bit of color and texture. These little details actually make a world of difference.

They now have jewelry cases in front of the the main register.

The back wall is the biggest changed since we were last here. The refrigerated cases in the wall are all finished up, and the register back here looks nice and matches the other one with the newly added pattern and color.

Overall, the redesign is bright and clean… albeit a little lifeless. You can watch a full video tour below.
