The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa seems to be stepping up their cupcake game lately. We recently stopped in to enjoy their new Orange Bird character cupcake, and now we are back to try their latest sweet treat. The new Aladdin themed cupcake will definitely grant all your Disney snack wishes!

The cupcake is beautifully decorated with blue buttercream frosting, a rim of golden crispy pearls, and a dark chocolate Genie lamp. It’s definitely giving off all the Aladdin vibes.

The base of the cupcake is a vanilla cake and the crispy pearls are white chocolate. To my surprise, the buttercream frosting on top is a light cherry flavor with the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m not a huge fan of artificial cherry flavoring, but this is perfect.

When we cut into this magical cupcake, we discover the greatest surprise we could ever ask for- a cherry and cheesecake center. That’s right. A genie must have made this cupcake come true, because it’s amazing. The filing is a no bake cheesecake, topped by cherries, packed inside the fluffy vanilla cake. The cheesecake filling is perfectly creamy and the crispy pearls add a bit of a crunch. This dessert has phenomenal cosmic powers in an itty bitty cupcake.

A whole new cupcake world is waiting for you at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. This was definitely the best $5.99 I’ve spent on a cupcake in a while. Hurry over before it’s gone!
