Jolly Holiday Bakery has always been our go-to restaurant for a sweet treat when we’re at Disneyland Park. This new S’mores Brownie has a thin layer of chocolate frosting on top, decorated with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces.

The consistency of the brownie is interesting. It’s almost on the verge of being a cupcake, as it’s not quite as dense as some brownies can be. But that’s not to say we didn’t like it. In fact, we really enjoyed the brownie! The graham cracker pieces were a tiny bit stale, but it wasn’t as noticeable when eaten with a huge bite of brownie and marshmallow. The chocolate frosting on top is really thick, almost like fudge, and it was probably the best part of this dessert.

As a whole, this brownie is on the rich side so if you’re not into chocolate you might want to share this with a friend. Chocolate lovers can selfishly keep this dessert to themselves.
