To all who come to this happy place, welcome! During this week’s Magic Kingdom photo report, we take a look at some ongoing construction around the park, some new merchandise, and more! Crowd levels have been pretty low recently, so we figured this would be the perfect day to take a stroll around the park.
We recently told you about ongoing arrival experience enhancements around the Magic Kingdom entrance. They are currently working on an area of road by the bus loop.
In addition to the bus loop construction, there are also planters and walls up around the old security area on the right side of the entranceway. It is set to be taken down.
Inside the park, the pathway widening project is still ongoing. Brickwork is starting to be put into place.
There’s also an interesting change of paint color on the brick further up along the pathway.
We recently told you about the Haunted Mansion queue refurbishment. Since then, they have installed fans, which just blow hot air at people in the line.
The Pinocchio Village Haus restroom walkway had been under refurbishment for a while, and it has since opened back up. There is a clear change in the path, and it’s even slightly inclined.
Our latest TRON construction post shows this framework extending past the tallest point of the track. Construction is moving extremely quickly on this project.
Also in Tomorrowland is this bench which is behind a small wall. We’re unsure of what’s happening behind it.
From July 26-27, Rebecca Hook Jewelry will be at Uptown Jewelers for a special event.
Finally, This amazing new Lion King MagicBand was spotted in the Town Square Cinema shop. Unfortunately, this merchandise piece is way better than we thought the movie was.
That’s it for this week! Be sure to check back to WDWNT.com for all the latest on the Magic Kingdom and beyond!
