We’re back at the Magic Kingdom bright and early! There were Extra Magic Hours this morning at 7 AM, but the park was still really quiet for most of the morning. It’s been so relaxing to stroll into the Magic Kingdom without the crowds, that we’re starting to get spoiled.
Tinker Bell’s wire was still down. It was removed as part of the prep for Hurricane Dorian, but it hasn’t been returned yet.
The newest Vintage Vinyl monthly pin was released featuring Mary Poppins for $17.99.
This new Loungefly backpack is perfect and has a print with all the park essentials. The pink and purple look so pretty together and the park icons are really creative and unique.
Taking the newly expanded Cinderella Castle pathway, we were disappointed to see how dirty and cracked it was so soon after reopening. We still love taking this path and getting pretty photos, though.
Peter Pan’s Flight was at a 15 minute wait mid-morning. You don’t see that very often.
All of the wait times are still so low today.
Everyone was having fun holding signs up against the windows in Pinocchio Village Haus. It was fun to see the people in the boats playing along!
It’s surprising how quiet the park is so late in the morning.
Best day ever.
There’s a pretty long 15-minute wait at Jungle Cruise.
The Adventureland tikis are my favorite way to cool down.
The camel is still struggling to turn her head, unfortunately.
There’s a brownie sundae available at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. We miss the Monster Brownie, though.
This has to be an interesting job.
Sonny Eclipse was silent and unmoving. It’s a little creepy to see him staring blankly.
Well, that’s all for now. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates from WDWNT!
When you pour concrete in a place like Florida you lose a lot of water to evaporation and cracks appear.
Get well soon, Sonny Eclipse. You’re a fun time.
I would love to have a job like this. I love disney, the magic, the history, the fun.
SO happy to see the Tikis in Adventureland returned!! They were removed when we were there last in April 2018. We have always paid them a visit ever since my late husband & I first visited together in 1973.
