According to DVCNews.com, Disney Vacation Club is discounting points at both Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and the upcoming Disney’s Riviera Resort. Now through December 16, Aulani points are discounted by more than 20% and as much as 10% at the Riviera.
At Disney’s Riviera Resort credits range from $0 to $500 for 125 points (new buyers and existing members respectively) to $4,500 and $5,000 for 250 points (new buyers and existing members respectively). You can see the full points savings breakdown on DVCNews.com.
Over at Aulani, credits range from $0 to $2,500 for 125 points (new buyers and existing members respectively) to $11,500 and $12,500 for 300 points (new buyers and existing members respectively). You can see the full points savings breakdown on DVCNews.com.
As always, these discounts are subject to change, but these are some of the best prices seen for these two properties in recent memory.
A resort that 1) isn’t open 2) on the skyliner that some guests don’t want to ride 3) with a preferred view of Caribbean Beach resort 4) with resale restrictions that if anyone buys Riviera resale, they are only allowed to use their points at Riviera. I wonder why they are having such a hard time selling… I have a one night stay booked for next year to check it out but there are more reasons NOT to buy than there are to buy.
