It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere (in Animal Kingdom) you go! Animal Kingdom definitely went wild with the Christmas decorations this year, and everyone was in the holiday spirit. Let’s take a look around and see what Christmas cheer we stumble upon.
The Christmas tree was standing tall this morning. Shoutout to this Disney security guard, he’s definitely feeling the spirit of the holidays.
What I would give to have Eeyore waiting under my tree.
Where can I buy me some Lion King building blocks?
All aboard the Stitch express. With Stitch as the conductor, I fear the fate of this train.
Santa has landed on Pandora ! He looks a bit different from what I remember, more mechanical.
Hanukkah getting represented as well.
We got to witness the Merry Menagerie this morning.
This little guy was my favorite. Who’s a good boy? Who’s a good boy?!
Over in Dinoland, everyone was getting in the Christmas spirit with new holiday attire. Daisy was certainly excited to strike a pose and show off her new designs.
Chip is a chipmunk, dressed as a dinosaur, dressed as a reindeer. My brain hurts.
Looks like Dale got tangled up in some Christmas lights while decorating.
Donald was very excited about his Christmas gift for Daisy.
He made me pinky promise not to tell her what it was.
Launchpad McQuack was eager to open his Christmas presents. He’s really hoping for a puppy this year. I have a feeling that’s a propeller, though…
Scrooge McDuck looking dapper in his new scarf and hat. He had gifts, of course, for his three rascal nephews.
New peppermint ice cream treats were available scattered across the kingdom. You can get a peppermint Cookies ‘n Cream Milkshake at Trilo-Bites.
Dino-Bite Snacks had a Double-Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich. I call this a peppermint premium ice cream sandwich.
This Peppermint Soft-Serve was certainly a popular treat today. You can find this at the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck in Asia.
Satu’li Canteen joined in on the holiday treat craze with a new Pumpkin Cream Cheese Mousse! And yes, it comes with boba pearls.
We stumbled upon this unique Minnie Mouse hairbrush later in the day. We especially love the autograph on the handle. You can find this at Discovery Trading Post for $13.99
Island Mercantile was selling some merchandise to commemorate the 2019 holiday celebrations at Animal Kingdom. This shirt was $34.99.
You can also snag the matching ornament for $19.99.
Over at Adventurers Outpost, Mickey and Minnie were all done up in their holly detailed digs. Mickey admitted that Minnie had to dress him this morning. I mean, they have to match.
Before leaving, we stopped for a quick snack at the Thirsty River Bar. We were able to snag the last of the elusive pumpkin pretzel.
Well, I’m stuffed! Much like that pretzel was. Thank you for joining today, and make sure to follow us on our next safari… you never know what you might see!
Do you know if Adventurers Post Mickey and Minnie will eventually switch to their holiday snowflake outfits?
