Halloween is over! And that means like it or not, the holiday season is upon us! Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea both kick off Disney Christmas on Friday, but all special merchandise is already available. And that includes this excellent gift-themed popcorn bucket! We previously showed this off when it was announced in September. But now, we figured we’d take a closer look now that it’s in our hands!
Christmas Present Popcorn Bucket – ¥2400 ($22.18)
The entire assembly is quite the sight to behold! The bucket is decked with little ornaments all around the outside, featuring icons of both parks as well as Mickey and Minnie enjoying the holiday season!
They’re enjoying their time together with traditions such as ice skating and singing carols. How cute!
The lanyard is striped like a candy cane. Even the little touches get you in the spirit of the season!
And attached to the lanyard is this fluffy little adjustable bow! It’s super soft, but provides more aesthetic comfort than physical comfort while wearing.
And on top of the bucket, there’s even a little bow design, with frills on the lid. My biggest complaint about his bucket actually comes in here, as the lid comes open way too easily. I spilled some popcorn right after I bought it because it’s difficult to tell when the lid is fully secure.
Overall, I’m loving the design of this bucket! It’s a bit more practical than the Christmas tree bucket revealed for the domestic parks, and still an adorable way to celebrate the season! The gift-themed popcorn bucket is available at the Gazebo, Mark Twain, and Pop-A-Lot popcorn wagons at Tokyo Disneyland, and the Lido Isle and Flounder’s Flying Fish Coaster popcorn wagons at Tokyo DisneySea for ¥2400 ($22.18) through December 25th or while supplies last. You’d better hustle down for the holidays before they’re gone!
