Recently, hours for the Guest Experience Team at the Magic Kingdom were reduced, and now the teams over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom are also seeing adjusted hours.

The new hours for Guest Experience Teams throughout Disney’s Animal Kingdom are as follows:

• Discovery Island: 9 a.m. – One hour before park close
• Africa: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Asia: 3 p.m. – One hour before park close

Guest Experience Teams are like mobile Guest Relations centers, assisting guests with booking, modifying, and recovering FastPass+ selections, Advance Dining Reservations, navigating the My Disney Experience app, and deactivating/reactivating MagicBands.
