It’s another beautiful day to be out and about at Disney Springs. We’re feeling a little hungry, and we heard there were some beautiful new snacks for Valentine’s Day, so we decided to head to Amorette’s Patisserie first.
Amorette’s Patisserie has several limited time Valentine’s Day offerings. The “Bella Notte” Petit is topped with chocolate spaghetti and is perfect for sharing, but they’ve also got a heart-shaped sweet bread and an elaborately decorated strawberry ganache and marshmallow fluff macaron.
We found Wicket the Ewok in big feet plush form. He’s $26.99 and we spotted him at Star Wars Galactic Outpost.
Even more new plush have arrived at World of Disney. This shoulder pet Pascal from “Tangled” is available for $19.99. There’s a piece that sits on your shoulder, under your shirt, that keeps Pascal in place on your shoulder as you navigate the parks.
New “Ink and Paint” housewares have arrived. This collection is beautiful and allows you to add some Disney style to your kitchen.
I’m obsessed with this heat-sensitive color changing “Ink and Paint” mug. When it’s filled with hot liquid, the characters fill in with color. This is a great need.
I love this Hamm necklace with the cute little coin.
We can’t go to Disney Springs without stopping in to admire some of the candy being made at Goofy’s Candy Co.
City Works has won our hearts with an incredible weekend brunch and wide variety of beers and bar bites, so we’re looking forward to a few happy hours during the week. Monday through Thursday, there are “happier hour” specials from 3 PM to 6 PM and 10 PM to 12 AM. Might be a good plan to stop in for some buffalo dip and local craft beers after the parks.
The Coca-Cola Bear was chillin’ on the 2nd floor of the Coca-Cola Store. We stopped in for a quick hello on our way to grab a drink from the rooftop beverage bar.
The Cast Member offered us a sampling of a mixture of Vegitabeta and Cucumber Sprite. It was surprisingly good! We might have to get this combo on our next visit.
