Good morning from Magic Kingdom! It was a foggy start to the day, but it burned off just in time to be greeted by some friends!
We should start every day with fireworks!
Splash Mountain is still closed down for refurbishment.
It’s still so weird to see the track without any water!
This beautiful display for Cinderella’s 70th Anniversary at Sir Mickey’s caught our eye. Such beautiful dresses!
“it’s a small world” is still undergoing refurbishment.
At least the construction walls have been painted to match the decor!
This Wishables display really caught our attention. What a great selection of all the different collections!
Construction on TRON Lightcycle Run is still progressing! We can’t wait for the amazing ride to open.
Refurbishment continues on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority track supports. Check out the full report here!
Repairs to the PeopleMover continue after an incident last month. The right hand track has been shut down, while the left hand track has been taped off and is not moving, allowing guest to both enter and exit the attraction.
A scrim blocks view of the repairs to the right track.
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, the Main Street Confectionary is prepared with these beautiful rose cake pops.
If Valentine’s Day isn’t a day for celebration for you, Disney has you covered with a rice krispy treat for every occasion.
We had a wonderful time at Magic Kingdom today, and can’t wait to return. What’s your favorite attraction in this classic park? Let us know in the comments!
Thanks for the update! Can you still ride “It’s a small world” during the refurbishment? Also, is there a reopening date for Splash Mountain?
We rode the It’s a small world ride on 2/6/20- so it’s currently open to ride 🤗. I’ll let someone else chime in on splash mountain.
We have fast passes for Splash Mountain on March 1st, so hopefully by then if not sooner!
