As the anticipation builds for the second coming of Taste Track in EPCOT, guests passing by the site today were treated to an early look at what can be expected from the food kiosk currently under development. Despite numerous park guidemaps listing the location as already open, it’s still well under construction.
As you walk up to the site, rolling planters now block off the area instead of construction walls… at least partially, anyway.
Needless to say, Taste Track is coming soon.
From above, workers were active around the site. You can see where a new, all-white structure was added to accommodate the vents for the grill, meaning at least something on the menu will be made fresh. During Taste Track’s last appearance at the 2019 Food & Wine Festival, it mainly served donuts and drinks, so an exhaust wasn’t necessary.
Thanks to this morning’s windy conditions, two-thirds of the menu was revealed to guests passing above on the Monorail.
Here are the food items we could detail from the partially-revealed menu:
Burgers
- 1/3 lb Fresh Angus Cheeseburger (topped with lettuce and tomato and served with fries) – $11.75
- 1/3 lb Fresh Angus Hamburger (topped with lettuce and tomato and served with fries) – $11.75
Salads
- Chopped Salad (with mixed greens, apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cranberries) – $9.50
- Chopped Salad with Chicken (with mixed greens, apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cranberries) – $11.75
Beverages
- Coke, Sprite, and Diet Coke – $4.50
- Dasani Water – $3.50
- Powerade – $5.00
It seems the kiosk will follow a similar model to Eats at the EPCOT Experience, which sells a similar Chopped Salad with Chicken (you can read our review on that here!)
Behind Taste Track, work continues to move forward on the landscaping behind the construction walls.
