We truly enjoyed this funnel cake! The fresh blueberries and lemon cheesecake ice cream give a refreshing update to a theme park classic. Usually whenever berries are used in desserts throughout the festival, they have this cloying, artificial flavor to them, but this dessert pays homage to its fresh roots by using simple, whole blueberries.
This delectable delight will cure your sweet tooth without being too overpowering. The portion size is also perfect. Between the fresh funnel cake and berries, light blueberry drizzle, and tasty ice cream, we highly recommend this dessert offering.
