Since May 15th, Disney Explorers Lodge at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has been accepting reservations to stay at the hotel. Today, it seems the Disney Explorers Lodge has reopened, with limited operations and social distancing measures put into place.
Outside of the hotel, two sign stands (along with Pluto and Goofy) greet Guests. If we zoom in, you’ll find the language of these signs match the language we saw on the plaques that appeared in the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel last weekend.
The sign on the left reminds Guests to wear masks and maintain an appropriate distance from other parties. Other reminders include washing your hands frequently, discarding used masks into a rubbish bin with a lid, and to cover your mouth while sneezing or coughing.
The sign on the right promotes the temperature screenings that will be taking place for all Cast Members and Guests before being allowed entrance into the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
Outside, we see that signage has been added to the green canopy that will be used for temperature screenings. Arrows can be found directing Guests to the entrance of the park and for the resort shuttles.
No official reopening date for Hong Kong Disneyland has been announced yet, but it seems with all of the new signage, Disney Explorers Lodge and the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel both in operation, we could be closer to seeing an opening date announced.
