It was an exciting day at Disney Springs, with reopenings rumored to be planned for today for locations all across the complex. With preparations being obvious for the last several days at many of these locations, and the virtual queue system having been used at other locations in the Springs that have already opened, we were excited to see what the day would bring today.

After parking in the Orange Garage at 8 am, we were surprised on our usual walk to World of Disney to see a virtual queue set up outside of Ever After Jewelry Co & Accessories. The Cast Member said they would be opening at 10 am, but we received our return text at 8:28 am and were allowed into the store along with 7 other guests, as the maximum capacity for smaller shops like this is 8 guests at a time.

With hand sanitizer and social distancing markers in place, we were able to shop for the finest in Disney fashion. For a full tour of the newly reopened store, see our article here.

Next, we got in the virtual queue for Disney Style, and while we were told they would be opening at 10 am, again we received our return text message much earlier than expected, at 9:18 am.

Then we headed to Disney Pin Traders to experience the re-opening of this iconic store. With all limited edition merchandise being released solely online, our hopes of finding any of the March or April limited edition release pins were dashed, but we still wanted to see what was new.

While here we found this Orange Bird pin, which was originally supposed to debut in the parks in April. He retails for $9.99.

We also found this new safari-themed blind box, originally due to be released in the parks in March.

There are eight different pins in the collection. Each blind box retails for $15.99 and contains two randomly selected pins.

Over at the Star Wars Trading Post, the virtual queue was ready, but wasn’t utilized.

Star Wars fans, especially fans of The Child, are sure to find something they have to add to their collection here.

One location that we’ve been watching for some time is Goofy’s Candy Co., and we were very excited to finally step back inside today.

Over on the West Side of Disney Springs, Star Wars Galactic Outpost reopened, but the build-your-own lightsaber experience is not available.

Another location that we’ve been watching prepare is Candy Cauldron. They reopened with much more floor space inside, since social distancing amid its usual racks of merchandise would be impossible. For a full tour of the newly reopened store, see our article here.

Normally we like letting you guess where we find our different “Look Up” view, but this one is special!

This is one of the inspirations for this series, and up until now, we had been unable to photograph it. This is the ceiling of Candy Cauldron because you’re in a cauldron, get it? The normal merchandise stands and check-out queue had made getting this photograph impossible. The silver lining in social distancing is being able to get this photograph.

While running around from reopening to reopening, we spotted this new Baby Yoda balloon near the Lime Garage. It’s always exciting to find a new balloon!

Originally rumored to be reopening today, City Works is still under construction.

The cement under the awning was finished yesterday, but the power in the awning itself was not completed.

Construction over at the future location of the M&M Store has taken a visible turn recently, with the lower facing of this wall gone and the gutted interior partially visible.

In mask supply news, Vera Bradley has once again broken their own record with seven available colors, including a solid black today. Chapel Hats still has masks in stock as well, as does The Polite Pig.

New to the mask supply scene is Sephora, with their masks benefiting charity.

They have one design available and they retail for $10, with $5 from each sale going to Tides Stronger Together Fund.
