Keep on truckin’ over to Disney Springs, because the beloved food trucks at Exposition Park are back!

Food Truck Park7

Nestled in between the Landing Dock and the West Side of Disney Springs lays Exposition Park which features 3 food trucks serving up some fun, and creative comfort food for those looking for a quick bite.

Since Disney Springs re-opened this area has been bare but luckily this morning we spotted all 3 eateries on wheels parked and ready!

The first of the trucks making their grand appearance or reappearance is the “Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet” Truck. Here you will find an array of different types of desserts featuring edible cookie dough. You can get Cookie Dough Tacos, Parfaits, Funnel Cakes, or even just a plain old cup. There’s even an all-vegan option!

To see some of these sweet creations and hear our thoughts on them, make sure to read our review of the truck, here. So you can plan accordingly what dough you might want to feast on!

The next meal on wheels returning is the “Mac & Cheese” Truck. One of the world’s most beloved comfort foods takes shape in a slew of different flavors and toppings over at this truck. With generous portions and moderately priced bowls, this is certainly a must-do for those mac & cheese lovers out there.

Personally, our top pick is the Chicken Parmesan Mac & Cheese, but you can read all about these dishes and our first impressions, here.

The last truck that rolled in overnight is the “Hot Diggity Dogs” Truck. This truck was a recent addition to Exposition Park, opening just before Disney’s closure but a welcome one at that. Though it did replace the Street Taco truck this Casey’s Corner rival serves up some “bangin'” chili in our opinion and some of the best diggity dogs on property. Plus, those loaded chips are hard to beat.

You can read more about the options at this location as well as hear our takes on them by reading our review, here.

While all of these dishes can be enjoyed on-the-go, there is also seating available in the park area. The Cookie Dough tacos for one, can get a little messy, so sitting down at a table may be the way to go.

So, are you excited to have the food trucks back? What will be your first stop when visiting Exposition Park? Let us know in the comments below! I for one am craving a cup of Cookies n’ Cream Cold Brew.
