A new Madame Leota souvenir sipper has materialized at the Magic Kingdom, and with it have come the crowds, with guests waiting up to 2 hours for the popular Haunted Mansion item. Now, guests at the park have a new option for picking up their sippers with no wait.

While the sipper is advertised as being sold at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, if you aren’t in the mood for a Pumpkin Spice Mickey Waffle Sundae (or any of the location’s other popular snacks), you can head on over to the Liberty Square Ticketing office to pick up a sipper with virtually no wait.

A Cast Member is on hand directing guests who are in line just for the sipper over to Liberty Square, where a makeshift queue of sorts has been set up leading into the ticketing office.

Inside, the queue continues, with the first register set up for you to pay for the sipper, which costs $15.99.

After paying, you’re led to a second register where a Cast Member will hand you your sipper, as well as a bottle of water. No soft drinks are available at this modified pick-up location.

And there you have it! You’re ready to go on exploring Magic Kingdom, without having spent 40 to 120 minutes in line for a souvenir—now, go get in line for The Haunted Mansion!

  1. Neat that they set up a different location for a popular item. Unfortunately, I gave up my annual pass right before lockdown. I’ll have to head to eBay for mine, unless Disney Springs gets them too.

  2. Still trying to figure out where the drink goes, is there a straw?
Everyone shows the sipper, and it looks amazing, but no one online seems to be sharing the functionality/lack of functionality of using it as an actual drink holder?

    It looks inspired.
