The “Rivers of Light” nighttime spectacular may be going the way of the dinosaur, but it seems it’s getting a nod within My Disney Experience, where a new MagicBand designed after the show is now available as a Pre-Arrival Exclusive.
The “Rivers of Light” MagicBand comes at a special price of $20.00, down from $29.99 retail price, and is available for Annual Passholders with a pending MagicBand order (as a reminder, no new Annual Passes are being issued at this time), or Guests with an upcoming Disney Resort hotel stay. You can purchase this and many other MagicBand Pre-Arrival Exclusive designs by logging on to My Disney Experience, clicking on “My MagicBands and Cards” and then “Get Started” to begin your order.
Do note that Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels with an arrival date through December 31, 2020 will continue to receive complimentary MagicBands. MagicBands will no longer be provided on a complimentary basis with new reservations for Disney Resort hotel Guests with arrivals beginning January 1, 2021 and beyond.
