EPCOT

- Imagineer Zach Riddley has shared a first look at the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure sign coming to the France Pavilion expansion at EPCOT
- The Lotus Blossom Cafe has reopened in the China Pavilion at EPCOT with social distancing measures
- The Waffles booth at the Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has a new menu, so we had to try the new dishes — Chicken & Waffles and Bananas Foster Waffles
- While Friendship Boats have been operating in the World Showcase Lagoon since EPCOT reopened in July, they have not yet resumed service to nearby resort hotels, but now Disney has announced that they will officially resume service on November 1
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Plexiglass dividers have been added to the loading area of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Plexiglass dividers have been added to the loading area of Slinky Dog Dash as well

- Minnie Mouse has been busy preparing and she’s now ready to welcome guests to Minnie’s Seasonal Dine offerings at Hollywood & Vine Restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we have the full line-up preview
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Removal of the iconic crossbeams on the roof of the Great Ceremonial House at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort began earlier this month and now only a few remain as work has been moving quickly
Other Walt Disney World News
- Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings has just announced the return of weddings to Walt Disney World with new guidelines to keep guests and Cast Members safe including face covering requirements, physical distancing, and limited guest counts
- Iowa-based Cambridge Investment Research Inc. is faced with a $1.1 million cancellation fee in light of a 2,200 person conference at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort that was unable to be held due to COVID-19, and now that investment firm is suing the hotel in Florida federal court, asking that the court nullify the contract due to the pandemic
Disneyland Resort

- Disneyland has just announced that they will be reopening Disney California Adventure as a shopping and dining destination, with locations along Buena Vista Street welcoming back guests for the first time in months
- Local 50, the union representing food service workers at Disneyland Resort, has informed its members that layoff notices will be going out today, with an effective separation date listed as December 31, 2020
New Merchandise
- New Years merchandise is an annual tradition at Tokyo Disney Resort so the Fab Five along with a few other characters will don Ox costumes in an adorable line of 2021 stuffed animals available exclusively through the Tokyo Disney Resort App starting November 25th
- Animal and nature lovers alike will adore this new forest friends collection at Walt Disney World, including a Loungefly backpack, leggings and a Spirit Jersey featuring animals from The Fox and the Hound, Pocahontas, Cinderella, and more
- Celebrate the classics with these all-new vinyl figurines coming to a special shopping event at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort
- Christmas is coming to Walt Disney World and we found some cute new open edition holiday pins at EPCOT to add to your Christmas collection

- Passholders can shop the new limited-release Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Haunted Mansion collection at Sir Mickey’s in Magic Kingdom park early on October 28 from 9 am to 10 am before it’s released to all Guests, and you can see the whole collection here
- After seeing similar new Starbucks tumblers and tumbler ornaments at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort has received this year’s Disney Parks Christmas 2020 mug, plus the Disney California Adventure tumbler ornament
- Although Halloween may be a week away, Christmas is just around the corner so Disneyland has released a ton of new Christmas merchandise, and you can see it all here
- And along with the rest of the Christmas collection, there are three new Christmas Spirit Jerseys available at the Disneyland Resort
- After debuting on shopDisney, the Wishes Come True Blue face mask is now available in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District
Universal Studios
Universal Orlando Resort
- For the past two weekends in a row, Universal Orlando Resort has reached its modified capacity early on in the day, and is now contacting Universal Orlando Annual Passholders (UOAPs) to warn them that the parks will reach capacity, and encourage weekday visits if possible
- It’s been pretty quiet lately around the Jurassic World VelociCoaster construction site, but we know the crew is hard at work behind those walls because we spotted a few new details around the attraction, including a set of stairs getting enclosed by perforated sheets of metal
