Greetings, World Travelers, from a cold but beautiful day here at EPCOT! We came to find all the new, fun things to show you, and find things we did! Let’s get started!

We were parked in the East Parking Lot, and had the opportunity to check out the newly finished Security Pavilion East. Finishing touches were added in the last few days, including a last coat of grey paint, and the new black and blue signage.

When we came into the park, we were disappointed to see the entrance fountain still blocked by construction walls. Imagineer Zach Riddley shared a sneak peek of the new fountain, and we can’t wait to see it in person. We did notice that the lucite pylons have had their protective foam wraps removed, so hopefully those walls will be coming down soon.

The installation of plywood on the roof of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has been completed, with wood now on all of solar panel mounts.

On World Showcase in the Italy Pavilion, the new food stand structure that recently rose above the construction walls has had some progress, and has had some theming added in the last few days.

The photo opportunity just outside of World Showplace Pavilion has been removed. It is unclear why the display was removed.

A window in the large saltwater tank in The Seas Pavilion is still blocked off for maintenance. No other information, including a timeline, is known about this project.

Test Track started the day with a delayed opening today. The attraction did open to guests later in the day.

With blackout dates starting today for Gold Annual Passholders and lower, we did notice the crowds were a lot lighter today. This was World ShowPlace Pavilion at midday, around lunchtime. All of the Festival food booths had very short lines today as well.

A new register and what appears to be a serving table as well as a small queue have been set up on the Tangerine Cafe patio in the Morocco Pavilion. We have no other information yet as to what this will be.

We found some fun Christmas decorations in the Reef Ecosystems Exhibit at The Seas Pavilion. This coral was decorated and looking very festive!

The Salted Caramel Spaceship Earth Cookie from Holiday Hearth got a bit of a makeover for the Holiday season. Even though it started out looking festive, this cookie has now changed it’s look and has gone with socks and a peppermint to spice things up. Don’t worry, it still tastes the same, so caramel fans don’t need to worry.

A sign reminding guests that the park is a smoke-free zone has been added to the Outpost area near the tables. Designated smoking areas are located outside of each park entrance.

We found some fun, new merchandise for you today. The first thing we found was this rather late to arrive shirt featuring a Sorcerer Mickey hat. Originally teased as part of the Wishes Come True Blue collection, this shirt is available at Mouse Gear for $39.99.

We found a collection of clothing featuring the new logo design for Soarin’ and we are so excited that it’s finally here! For more pictures and information on this collection, check out our article here.

We found the new Disney Parks Designer ears at Mouse Gear and Art of Disney in American Adventure today. Although they were only advertised as being available at Disney Springs, it looks like they are available a few other places as well. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We also found these cute Steiff plush at Art of Disney. We especially like the Steamboat Willie Mickey!

Series 2 of The Bounty Collection featuring The Child by Hasbro has been released in the parks. The series consists of six new figures, each retailing for $9.99.

We had a great day at EPCOT, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
