PHOTOS: NEW Type C Monorail-Themed Day Pass Coming to Tokyo’s Disney Resort Line Monorail

One of the defining characteristics of Tokyo Disney Resort’s monorail system (aptly called the Disney Resort Line) is that Guests are required to pay a fare in order to ride. Fortunately, Guests can also buy unlimited use passes for 1-4 days featuring cute designs that change often, celebrating seasonal events or park anniversaries, as well as occasional upcoming Disney films. And starting January 6th, Guests can also choose a new pass themed to the newly-introduced Type C monorails on the Disney Resort Line!

The new pass, available starting at ¥660 ($6.38) for one day, features the new monorails’ Mickey Mouse-themed interior along with the refreshed exterior on the top half, and a two-tone yellow wave design similar to the pattern seen on the outside of the new trains.

If you want a closer look inside the new trains, you can check out our video tour from the trains’ inaugural day on July 3rd, or read our full report for photos!
