There have been issues occurring at Pirates of the Caribbean as of late, with the attraction being down for hours at a time over the last few weeks. Today the attraction has failed to open at all.
A message from the Vice President of Magic Kingdom Jason Kirk states an apology for the attraction being down, and assures guests via the MyDisneyExperience app that cast members are diligently working on getting the attraction back up and running.
On behalf of the entire team at the Magic Kingdom park, I’d like to apologize that Pirates of the Caribbean is currently unavailable.
There have been a lot of recent changes at the attraction, with a new sign for the attraction recently being installed, as well as plexiglass barriers being installed in the queue.
It is unclear if Pirates of the Caribbean will open tomorrow. Keep up with WDWNT as we continue to follow this story.
