We can now confirm that Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will reopen as scheduled on March 22, 2021. The resort’s offerings and experiences web page has been updated to show what will be available to guests.
The following offerings and experiences will be available when the resort reopens:
- Dining
- World Premiere Food Court
- Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar
- Shops
- Donald’s Double Feature
- Activities
- Pools
- Poolside Activities
- Movies Under the Stars
- Playground
The page also details bus transportation to the theme parks, Disney’s Blizzard Beach, and Disney Springs.
Originally scheduled to reopen in early February, the reopening date was pushed back to March 22 in mid-December 2020. Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will remain closed.

I’m booked there in April and May. I’ve stayed there before, but I’m looking forward to the refurbished rooms.

Doesn’t seem to be fully booked like normal (special offers still available for the reopening date), but it’s a start. Sports and Music doesn’t have a start date implies that Movies isn’t having a heavy booking. Still, good to hear that the playgrounds will be open.
