REVIEW: S’mores Brownie Soars Back to Regal Eagle Smokehouse at EPCOT

Sam Eagle presents a salute to all desserts…but mostly brownies. The newly improved S’mores Brownie replaces the Apple Tart on the dessert menu at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Crafts Drafts and Barbecue. A previous version of the S’mores Brownie appeared on the menu when the restaurant opened in February 2020.

S’mores Brownie – $4.99

A marching parade of campfire goodness, this may be the best s’mores dessert we have tried at Disney. The brownie is actually a triple-threat, with chocolate brownie, blonde brownie, and graham cracker crust layered under thick chocolate ganache and marshmallow.

Toasted marshmallow fluff covers the brownie. A miniature dark chocolate bar sits atop that held up surprisingly well in the Florida heat.

The marshmallow is whipped and airy, similar to a meringue.

The brownie photographs very well. The outside is delectable enough, but the inside contains surprising delights.

Hidden under the marshmallow is a chocolate ganache. The ganache is rich enough to enhance the palate but not enough to overpower the brownie. The brownie itself is light and fluffy. It’s a great value for $4.99, too. It’s not the best dessert you’ll find at EPCOT, but it will conquer chocolate cravings.

This scrumptious treat would pair well with any of the entrees at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Crafts Drafts & Barbecue, but it is a great stand-alone snack as well. What’re your favorite s’mores treats at Disney? Let us know in the comments below!
