Two Weeks of Additional “A Touch of Disney” Tickets Released Due to Extreme Popularity

The extreme popularity of the “Touch of Disney” ticketed event led Disney to announce a two-week extension of the limited time offering today. A virtual queue opened for tickets this afternoon, but the website was so overwhelmed by the popularity that it almost instantly crashed.

While still waiting in the queue, an update was announced stating, “Due to the popularity of A Touch of Disney, we’ve decided to open up the availability of tickets for two additional weeks. Dates, ticket availability and prices will be released on a rolling basis until the experience ends.”

The original event was schedule to run from March 18th until April 5th, 2021. The event will now run through April 19th, 2021. The Virtual Queue is still open for those hoping to purchase a ticket, however we continue to expect them to sell out in record time.

  1. I was in the queue for about 5 hours, but I finally got in and got 2 tickets for Easter Sunday!

  2. I have been waiting for about 4.5 hours and the approximate wait time finally updated to 41 minutes instead of over an hour! *fingers crossed* I can get the date I want

  3. queue for hours.. but got mine!!!
wonder what happens if the park can open between now and then??????

  4. Shows how stupid people are in California. Minus the gift card people are basically paying 50 bucks to park, walk through DCA and get social distanced pics. I live in So Cal before anyone suggests im just hating.

    • Because we don’t all live in fear. I’ve been living my life the same way during the pandemic that I always have, albeit with masks and less things to do, due to closures. Maui during COVID was the best time I’ve ever had there. I have a high exposure risk job, and I’ve been just fine for the past year.
