Hello, everyone! Welcome to another spring day as we take you into the future and around the World Showcase. It started to feel like summer as it was a little hot outside today, but let’s get started.
We start by looking for changes at EPCOT Center Drive, but this archway still has the classic color scheme.
Lots of construction workers on top of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, which is a good sign that something is being worked on up there.
The East Breezeway is completely covered, the area that is to become Club Cool. But we guess we’ll all have to wait for when the scrim comes down to give any more updates.
Work continues on the Harmonious barges as screens are continuing to be tested, now only if they would run the water jets for a while and maybe cool down the area.
The Three Caballeros are still missing from The Gran Fiesta Tour. With each passing day, we miss them just as much, but it’s another day closer to their return.
On our way around the World Showcase, we ran into the Princess Cavalcade. We weren’t sure what she was pointing at though…but it ended up being an untied shoe. Thank you, Princess Aurora!
Walking over to the France Pavilion and see no new changes as of yet at the expansion area, but a nice picture of Gusteau’s keeps us yearning for the opening.
Fewer wood panels can be found on the floor and replaced by more permanent fixtures around the pavilion.
The Morocco Pavilion bathrooms are still being refurbished. At least there’s still the new restrooms in the nearby France and America Pavilions if you really need one.
Work continues on La Gelateria but for some better shots check out this post we recently published to see what’s going on behind those walls.
With a quick stop at The Seas with Nemo and Friends, we saw these guys showing off for the guests. These two sea turtles are male. You can tell because their tails are longer than their hind legs.
