The ongoing refurbishment of the Cinderella Castle Stage seems to be moving along nicely. Progress has moved quickly since the refurbishment began in February. New flooring was framed, heating elements and weatherproofing added, and the new flooring installed. Now, the floor surfacing has been cured.

The stage refurbishment comes in advance of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort this October. Cinderella Castle has been adorned with many new decorations in anticipation of the 18-month long celebration.

The new stage floor surfacing has been cured, leading to a smooth, even coloring.

Wires can be seen poking up through small holes in the surface. Some will likely be covered with small caps, as has been done in the past. Others will be connected to set elements.
