PHOTOS: Fantasyland Roof Refurbishments Continue Ahead of 50th Anniversary of Magic Kingdom

Roofing throughout Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom is being repainted ahead of the park’s 50th anniversary later this year.

It looks like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique roof has been completely repainted royal blue.

The fresh paint is a stark contrast to the rest of Fantasyland.

The roof of Sir Mickey’s across the courtyard is also being repainted.

The green roof remains untouched.

Only one blue turret has been repainted so far.

Other blue turrets throughout Fantasyland have been repainted, just like the turrets and roofing of Cinderella Castle.

Although not (yet) being repainted, the sign for Mickey’s Philharmagic sustained damage earlier this month and has yet to be fixed.
