Disney+ Marvel Series ‘Loki’ Moved Up, Streaming First on Wednesday Instead of Friday

Loki is back, altering the timeline once again!

Today Marvel put out a video with Tom Hiddleston explaining that “Wednesdays are the new Fridays”. The show will move up the original premiere date from Friday, June 11th to Wednesday, June 9th, 2021.

Historically, other Marvel and Disney+ original series have debuted on Fridays.

  1. I’d rather they release it at 8 PM or thereabouts EDT so I’m not spoiled if I happen to glance at twitter at 6 AM day of…. Don’t care about the day so much.

  2. I would rather them hold off on releasing the series until all of them are ready to drop at once. Binging series is the way to go these days.
