MARVEL Avengers Campus Will Utilize a Standby Queue to Enter the Land at Disney California Adventure

We are just days away from the opening of MARVEL Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure. Disney has just announced more information about entering the land.

The main entrance to Avengers Campus will be past Carthay Circle and across from Golden Vine Winery. Here, guests will enter the land next to the Worldwide Engineering Brigade (WEB). When Avengers Campus reaches capacity, there will be a standby queue to the right of this entrance for anyone wishing to just enjoy the land.

Guests wishing to ride WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure must use the virtual queue available on the Disneyland app, similar to the virtual queue used for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Guests can enroll in a boarding pass at 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. When their boarding group is called, they can go to the left of the main entrance of Avengers Campus along the parade corridor, bypassing the standby queue. After they ride WEB SLINGERS, they’ll be able to continue enjoying Avengers Campus without waiting in line.

Placing a mobile order from outside Avengers Campus will not grant guests quicker entry into the land. They would still need to wait in the standby queue, so it’s best to wait until you’re inside Avengers Campus to order food.

  1. Wow! Could this get any worse? We are going to Disneyland/Disney California Adventure in a few months. I already have informed my son that we may not be able to go on the Spiderman ride (due to the virtual queue), but at least we can walk through the Avengers Campus and look around and see everything. Now that might not be possible. Very disappointing. Having to wait just to walk around – seems a bit much.
