Hello and welcome from a gorgeous day at Walt Disney World! Although it may not officially be summer yet, we’re in a sunny mood as the first week of June kicks off! Today, we hopped around and found some delicious new treats, beautiful new limited edition merchandise, and more. So let’s jump right in!

We had a bit of a sweet tooth this morning, so we headed over to Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs to try their brand new three-layer Pride Month Special cake and white chocolate caramel macadamia nut cookie! They’ve also released a special limited edition Pride pin for the month of June. If you want to hear our thoughts on the new colorful confection and cookie of the month, you can check them all out here.

After satisfying our cravings, we headed over to EPCOT. There, the first thing we saw was that shrubbery has been added at the front left center outside of Spaceship Earth to conceal pavement work in the area.

Also at Spaceship Earth, we noticed that physical distancing markers have been removed from the extended queue. We saw the same thing happening over at Journey Into Imagination With Figment. We’ve seen this in the parks quite a lot recently, and in EPCOT specifically at Test Track, The Mexico Pavilion, and Frozen Ever After.

Construction in EPCOT is still underway with the opening of Creations Shop and reopening of Club Cool this summer approaching quickly.

Stopping in Italy, we discovered a brand new Arrivederci Minnie Mouse Limited Edition of 500 MagicBand. This adorable band features Minnie Mouse atop of her moped with the words “Ciao Bella” and a silhouette of Italy beneath. It is currently being sold at Il Bel Cristallo for $39.99.

Hopping over to Morocco, we noticed that the logo above the decorative spice cart has been updated yet again, this time to re-include some art. This comes shortly after the wall had to be completely repainted due to the incorrect placement of the Arabic characters.

On the way out, we popped over to say a quick hello to Pooh Bear while he was out attempting to catch butterflies!

We had a wonderful day at Disney Springs and EPCOT, and we hope you enjoyed tagging along with us! Make sure to keep checking back for all of the latest updates on the many upcoming projects continuing construction at EPCOT. We’ll “see ya real soon!”
