REVIEW: NEW Loki Mousse Dome Cake from Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs

Celebrate the premiere of the new Disney+ Marvel series Loki with a mousse dome cake from Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs. Amorette’s Patisserie has made cakes for WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier previously, so it’s no surprise to see Thor’s brother in cake form.

Loki Mousse Dome Cake – $9

Lemon chiffon cake, Dulcey mousse, green apple gelée, and salted caramel crisp pearls

The dome cake looks stunning in Loki’s signature green and gold. For such an ostentatious villain, the flavors are very mild. The crisp pearls provide a nice texture, but the caramel flavor is very subtle. The green apple gelee is undetectable.

Loki’s horned helm is made of marshmallow fondant and, unfortunately, fell off almost immediately.

The lemon cake is blue, and the flavor is very light. The cake itself is very moist.

The Loki dome cake is creamy, rich, and sweet. We would order this again (maybe for next week’s episode!).
