We recently reported that Patina Restaurant Group was hiring staff for the upcoming Space 220 Restaurant at EPCOT. Space 220 will be located next to Mission: SPACE as an expansion of the pavilion in the new World Discovery neighborhood.
Now the company reports that Space 220 is set to open “this fall.” This is not the first (or second) time we’ve been given a timeframe for the restaurant’s grand opening, nor the first time Patina Restaurant Group has listed job postings for it.
The project, originally announced back in 2017, has been delayed multiple times over the years.
According to a map listing and details from 2019, the restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu of internationally-inspired cuisine, more than 1,000 bottles of the world’s finest wines, and a wide selection of craft beer.
Stay tuned for more updates on Space 220.

Excited to see this, hope the food choices will be good.
I’ll believe it when I see the reservations unavailable 2 minutes into the resort guest early access reservation period lol
Also… I really hope there’s some fun, non pretentious, food here, something edible for people who do not see the point in the gigantic wine selection because that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Space theme.
So, cheesecake factory in space?
