Good morning world travelers! Welcome to a very sunny-turned-rainy day at EPCOT! Follow us around the park today as we discover what adventures await. Let’s jump in!
We started our day by hopping aboard The EPCOT Monorail and taking a look at all of the construction going on throughout the park.
We haven’t seen much happening at Moana – Journey of Water recently.
Take a closer, grounded look at Creations Shop and the re-imagined Club Cool. Both of these locations are slated to open later this summer. We’ve recently seen construction ramp up in preparation for the grand opening.
Get ready to blast off on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! Today, we saw even more construction progress on this upcoming attraction.
We continue to see the removal of the beautiful flower displays leftover from this year’s EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. We were hoping they might stick around just a little longer.
Joy skipped along joyfully near the Imagination! Pavilion this morning.
We decided to stop by The Seas with Nemo & Friends and visit some of our aquatic pals.
Get ready to put your knowledge to the test, as Mr. Ray’s Pop Quiz has now returned! Join Dory or Marlin as you answer and learn some fun-filled fish facts. You can find this experience at the upstairs fish nursery.
Next, we set out to journey around The World Showcase.
During our adventure around the world, a storm started the roll through. This caused certain festival booths and other kiosks throughout EPCOT to close prematurely.
It may be a rainy day, but the Garden Railway chugs full steam ahead in Germany!
Over in Italy, we found the addition of an Adventures by Disney Italy poster. This beautiful poster bears the phrase “The World Is a Magical Place, Explore it with Us.” We also noticed some work happening behind the gates in Italy as well.
The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is in full swing! So we couldn’t help stopping by The Rotunda Bistro on our trip around the world. This is the first time that The Rotunda Bistro has appeared during the festival, so make sure to read all of our thoughts about it here!
Even rainy days at Walt Disney World are better than sunny days anywhere else!
