Hello from another sweltering hot day here at the Magic Kingdom! We came to check out all the new things here at the Most Magical Place On Earth, despite the heat, and we’re glad we did. Let’s get started!

Work on the replacement of the iconic gear pavement in Tomorrowland continues, with new scoring on the bridge leading into the land. This marks this concrete for removal in the near future. As you can see, one small sliver of the last gear remains.

The new vertical structure which we saw started last week has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few days, with two distinct levels now.

The scaffolding in front of Be Our Guest Restaurant has grown quite a bit, spreading to cover a significant portion of the rock work to the left of the entrance now.

Refurbishment continues on the “Partners” bronze statue. As each step progresses, the statue takes on a slightly different color and appearance.

We found new construction walls blocking a large portion of the buildings in Frontierland today. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

Two quick service dining locations reopened today, starting with Cheshire Cafe. Among the fan favorites like the Cheshire Cat Tail, we found a new item on the menu with the Curiouser and Curiouser Slushy. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.

The second location to reopen was Prince Eric’s Village Market. On the menu there was the long-awaited Mermaid Slushy, first announced in February 2020, before the park’s closure. For more pictures and information, including our full review, check out our article here.

One thing we noticed not available today was Citrus Swirl. Usually available at Sunshine Tree Terrace, we found it missing from the Mobile Order there. Hopefully it will return soon.

Moving on to merchandise, we found a new at The Emporium featuring Mickey and Pluto along with the phrase “Bring Kindness”, available for $27.99.

At Memento Mori, we found this fun dog bowl featuring the iconic singing busts from Haunted Mansion, available for $22.99.

We found another bowl, this one intended for human use, back at The Emporium. Decorated with all the kitchen character icons, this latest piece in the iconic Mousewares kitchen line is a set of three nesting bowls complete with lids.

We found a fun pair of orange pleather Minnie ears, perfect for fall at The Emporium. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

If those just aren’t your style, we also found the latest Disney Parks Designer Collection ear hat, designed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson inspired by “Jungle Cruise”. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

On our way out of the park, we got a sneak peek at the upcoming EARidescent ears, which will be released for the 50th Anniversary. We can’t wait!

We had a wonderful time at the Magic Kingdom, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
