  1. The U.S. would likely get a lot more workers back in the workplace if the government stopped printing money and sending “stimulus” checks. There are now plenty of jobs out in the labor market at any level. Time to move on.

  2. Maybe they shouldn’t of treated us culinary cast members like trash! I won’t come back unless I get $100,000 and a public apology

    • I wondered how common this sentiment would be once we started to return to normal… Lauren, I know it’s anecdotal, but what percentage of your former co-workers feel this way?

      • I’ve never felt more dehumanized and disposable than when I worked in Magic Kingdom QSR. Be extremely early to work. Ride a mandatory bus and walk to your location through a depressing tunnel. Wear a specific uniform and wash it yourselves. Don’t forget your nametag. You’re two minutes late because the mandatory bus was slow? Death for you then. A Computer will be in charge of deciding your fate today. It says work the fryer for 6 hours. Oh sorry we are understaffed can you make that 10 hours? I’m not really asking your opinion. Don’t forget, you are working for the lowest possible wages but we expect your maximum effort and smile. We are judging every single thing you do, but don’t expect a promotion, you are 43rd in line for that. Don’t you feel privileged to be here?
