Disney is Looking For a Few “Good” Villains as They Cast For an Unnamed Event in Orlando Area

A new job posting through DisneyCareers.com has many wondering what the Mouse House has plans for outside it’s magical walls.

The “special event” is scheduled to take place October 16 through the 21, 2021 and will be located in what is only described as “Central Florida.” Disney is looking for actors who “must have a resemblance, and voice quality of the original (character).” It also goes on to say travel arrangements for certain character roles may be available.

The following characters are being cast:

  • Anastasia
  • Captain Hook
  • Cruella
  • Dr Facilier
  • Drizella
  • Gaston
  • Hades
  • Jafar
  • Kronk
  • Lady Tremaine
  • Maleficient
  • Queen of Hearts
  • The Evil Queen
  • Yzma

While there is no further information as to what type of event this will be, Disney has done special Villain events in the parks before, so perhaps this will be something similar while taking place outside the parks.

Will it be a special Halloween or 50th Anniversary event to drum up interest for the theme parks or perhaps a private event excluding general guests? For now, we will just have to wait and see.

  1. Why don’t they used the displaced villains they already have instead of going out for auditions doesn’t seem fair does it
