Happily Ever After Will Perform Without Fireworks Tonight at Magic Kingdom

Tonight’s performance of Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom will be modified for undisclosed reasons.

A park-wide announcement was made to guests at Magic Kingdom (also a push notification through the MyDisneyExperience app was sent out to some) informing them that the show will feature projections, but no pyrotechnics.

A small fire was reported by guests in the area during some pyrotechnic displays in the area last night, but it is unclear if this is related to that small incident.

  1. Well, while the small fire might be a good reason, I am sure it comes down to money.

From what I can see, it looks like almost nobody is there today. Space mountain 5 minute wait? Splash mountain 10 minutes, even Seven Dwarfs is only 30 minutes.

Nobody will pay for that new fastpass system with those type of wait times.

    • space mountain, an e ticket ride, five minute wait? dang, wish i was there today. 20 rides for less than an hour wait? “incredible”.

  2. Man, I hope this doesn’t become the norm for off season days. The projections are nice but they are nothing compared to fireworks.

  3. you poor people. do you not realize the cheapact d -minus amaro model is you get only half a loaf? you want a whole loaf? you dang well better pay more!

  4. Would anyone mind sharing an update of whether or not the fireworks return tonight? We’re hoping to catch Happily Ever After one last time but would like to see the fireworks if at all possible.
