This morning we were surprised to find that almost all merchandise resort-wide has been limited to two per item per guest. We’ve seen this previously for special event merchandise, but never for the majority of items found inside stores. Cast Members informed us that this limit now applies to all merchandise throughout parks and resorts except for consumables, such as food and ponchos.

Today marks one week of the beloved EPCOT attraction, Living With The Land, being unexpectedly closed. Cast Members are positioned outside of the attraction to inform guests of the closure due to “technical difficulties.” We hope to hop onboard this boat ride and take a nice cruise around the beautiful greenery when it hopefully reopens very soon.

We had a “spark of inspiration” walking through the beautiful Imagination! Pavilion.

As we took a stroll around World Showcase, we couldn’t help but notice the lack of guests inside the park today. We checked My Disney Experience, where we found that the longest wait time at noon was only 10 minutes. Attractions like Frozen Ever After, Soarin’ Around The World, and Mission: SPACE — which usually boast very long queues at that time of day — were walk-ons!

Over in China, we got a good look at the ongoing painting inside the pavilion.

We found that Mitsukoshi over in Japan has once again updated its store hours.

It was a rainy day in the United Kingdom.

While in the UK, we found some new Corgi friends hanging out and avoiding the weather! Say hello to Popcorn, Chloe, and Doinky!

  1. LOVED THE TOUR THANK YOU
I am confused why they don’t sell more park merch on shop disney.com
if we could buy the stuff there the ripoff secondary market wouldn;t exist
anothe rcase of disney being cheap and doing a shitty job and getting angry with those supplying what they themselves ( Disney )
could be making money off …what a fucked up company this is lol

    • I agree that if Disney had more park merch sold direct through Disney they could make a good deal of profit this way. The second hand markup market only exists because Disney doesn’t have enough of their popular park items for sale directly over the internet in the first place. I have always understood they don’t sell special event merch online, but wondered why they don’t sell more things like certain plushies and such on line direct to the fans as well.

  2. I love the idea of two items per person. It saves more merchandise for others. I wish they had that rule for the Splash Mountain merchandise. I wish Disney would have more Splash Mountain merchandise. Save Splash Mountain! Sign the petition please on change.org to save Splash Mountain and keep it as it is in the Magic Kingdom and Disneyland! Disney should expand the park and add a Princess and the Frog attraction!!

  3. I’m so glad that they’ve started limiting merchandise. I’m so tired of trying to buy items and finding out that I can only buy them online from a secondary seller for three times the price that Disney. Good for Disney!
