In Magic Kingdom, the refurbishment of the Frontierland boardwalk and surrounding areas continues with new brick and stonework.
The main entrance to Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is currently closed, but guests can enter around the corner.
Planks have been removed and new concrete laid.
Stonework has begun on one side of the main entrance.
New bricks have been laid outside this door.
Next to Country Bear Jamboree, we took a look behind this short construction wall.
A new stone wall has been installed around the boardwalk.
This wall looks much nicer than the exposed rebar we saw a few days ago. It seamlessly blends in with the old wall surrounding the plants in the background.
It looks like new pavement or plants will be laid in the ground next to the wall.
The Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade remains closed as its boardwalk is also replaced.
Planks have been ripped up, exposing the foundation below. Wood boards are laying horizontally across the concrete.
Some have screws or nails sticking out of them.
Stacks of new planks are staged in the construction site for installation.
The props surrounding the old Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom portal screen were all removed with the flooring.
The boardwalk outside of Frontier Trading Post has been completed.
There are fresh wood planks and the tree that previously grew in front of the store was removed.
The wheelchair ramp outside the Frontier Mercantile façade was also updated.
