Guest Experience Team Cast Members can once again be found under their blue umbrellas at podiums throughout Magic Kingdom. The other three Walt Disney World parks still had the Cast Members at podiums, while the team was roaming at Magic Kingdom.
With the update to Disability Access Service and the launch of Disney Genie, guests have a lot of questions and need assistance, as we witnessed outside Seven Dwarfs Mine Train yesterday.
The team was back to helping guests at the end of Main Street, U.S.A.
The Guest Experience Team is separate from Guest Services/Relations, which can be found near the entrance to each park, but they can help with some of the same things. They specialize in helping with My Disney Experience, MagicBands, and wait times.
The Frontierland and Tomorrowland podiums were also open.
The Adventureland podium was still closed this morning.
