REVIEW: ‘Congo Queen’ Jungle Cruise Tiki Mug Floats Into Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, Missing Cargo Cocktail Should Have Stayed Lost

As reported yesterday, the Congo Queen-shaped Jungle Cruise tiki mug is now available at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

This mug was first released this summer at Disneyland.

Tiki characters and animals line the outside of the mug.

One of the tiki characters is even wearing a Mickey ear hat.

The bottom of the mug states this is a first edition from Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto.

A list of ingredients for the “Missing Cargo” alcoholic beverage can be seen above. It’s a good thing the mug is great because the drink is awful.

We saw people ahead of us in line throwing the drink away, but gave it a chance.

It tasted like a thick cinnamon cough syrup with strong liquor.

It was undrinkable. It’s available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions for the same price, but we recommend sending it straight to the trash.
