While riding the Hogwarts Express at Universal Orlando Resort may not require you to pack a suitcase for the trip, you can still add that magical Harry Potter touch to your flight home with these two new faux-leather suitcases we found at Globus Mundi in Diagon Alley!
Gryffindor Faux Leather Suitcase – $195
These suitcases are rather short and small in size, but still feature some nice touches. The Gryffindor suitcase features the house icon of a lion with “Gryffindor” written below. The entire exterior is crimson with gold straps and accents, the house colors.
The locks are keyed and are TSA compliant. Those straps are also buttoned-on and pop right off for easy access.
The interior features a black lining with the rampant lion icon in gold and “Gryffindor” written in dark red.
Hogwarts Faux Leather Suitcase – $195
Just like the Gryffindor suitcase, the Hogwarts suitcase prominently features a simplified version of the crest on the front. This suitcase’s colors are dark brown and light brown for a more old-fashioned leather suitcase look.
The straps on this design are also buttoned on, and the locks are keyed but remain TSA compliant.
The interior lining is navy blue with all four house icons patterned diagonally and “Hogwarts” written parallel.
Hufflepuff Faux Leather Suitcase – $195
The badger of Hufflepuff is featured on the house’s gray and yellow suitcase.
The badger also appears on the interior lining.
Ravenclaw Faux Leather Suitcase – $195
The Ravenclaw suitcase features the house’s feathered mascot embossed on the lid, while the exterior is rendered in blue and gray.
Curiously, unlike the other house suitcases, the interior lining doesn’t have the animal featured. Instead, “Ravenclaw” is repeated in gray on a black background.
Slytherin Faux Leather Suitcase – $195
Finally, the serpent of Slytherin stars on the house’s green and gray suitcase.
The interior also features a pattern of, you guessed it, the serpent.
These suitcases are available now at Globus Mundi within Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, so be sure to point your broomsticks that way on your next visit. And let us know in the comments if you’re excited about picking up these new suitcases!
