One of the horns on the Maleficent dragon float broke during today’s noon performance of the Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom.
We saw Maleficent functioning fine in Frontierland, but she must have malfunctioned en route. When we caught up with her on Main Street, U.S.A., her left horn had fallen over and she was no longer blowing fire.
The horn was still attached to the float, just tilted to the side over her head.
When she would normally blow fire, her head stayed still and seemed to be shaking slightly.
Hopefully, the float will be fixed up quickly, though we may not see it during the 3:00 p.m. performance of Festival of Fantasy. Stay tuned for further coverage.

We were watching the parade from the Tomorrowland side of the hub and saw the Dragon float stalled as it was leaving Liberty Square for several minutes, so it must have just happened through that area. We could then see the one horn bent over.
