Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge Introduces $5000 Cocktail Served in Camtono Aboard Disney Wish

With the Disney Wish’s media preview underway, we’re getting our first looks aboard the latest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. And thanks to a reporter with Spectrum News13 in Orlando, we got a look at the most premium drink ever created for a Disney property — the Kaiburr Crystal. Its price tag? $5000

Ashley Carter showed off the ultra-premium beverage during the Disney Wish preview. The drink is served in a Camtono, a cylindrical container first seen in “The Empire Strikes Back” but much more prominently featured in “The Mandalorian.”

The container dispenses “smoke” as the doors release and the drink is revealed. Disney had previously teased testing of this technology during Star Wars Celebration Anaheim last month.

We aren’t sure yet what’s in the Kaiburr Crystal, but we do know $5000 is a bit rich for our blood. How about you, would you sip on this stellar-priced libation? Let us know in the comments below!

  1. So, do you get to keep that cylinder that it is served in? Or does it at least come with a diamond encrusted Mickey souvenir cup? :)

  2. Has Disney completely lost it’s mind?! A $5,000 cocktail. Seriously? I love my WDW, but this is another example of out of touch they have become with their true (and financially modest) fans. $110,000 per/person for a private plane trip, $5,000-$6,000 per night at the Galactic Starcruiser, and now a $5,000 coctail?! AND the board extended Chapek’s contract? GRRR! Disney better get back on track with their non-millionaire/billionaire “guests” or they’re in for a rough time going forward.

  3. I guess they need to provide something outrageous for those with stupid amounts of money and no limit to what they spend their money on. However, I would not pay that for alcohol. I’ve had my fair share of luxury and luxurious experiences and there are far better and more memorable things/experiences to spend 5k on.

  4. First Round on Bob Chapek for everyone who has used the new monetized fast pass Genie+ and Lightening Lanes.
