Magic Kingdom

• The loading area mural within Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin has been updated to include a Space Mountain-like station.
• New signs are on display at the TRON Lightcycle / Run site as pavement work continues around the still-unopened coaster.

EPCOT

• We took a tour of the highly-detailed Wonders of Xandar booth at New York Comic Con.

Disney Springs

• “Cirque du Soleil: Drawn to Life” will add Sunday matinee performances starting next year.
• Part of the fountain in front of Lime Garage broke into pieces today.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels

• Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground will reopen October 7.
• The Bell Services desks at Walt Disney World Resort hotels are now able to hold alcohol along with other groceries.

New Merchandise

• A Haunted Mansion glow-in-the-dark Loungefly backpack has materialized at the Magic Kingdom.
• Très bien! A new pair of Ratatouille-themed Minnie ears are now available.
• Some new Hollywood Tower Hotel apparel has dropped in to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Other Walt Disney World Resort News

• Walt Disney World has reinstated cancellation fees now that Hurricane Ian has passed.

Disneyland Resort

• We now have an opening date for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disneyland.
• You can also take a behind the scenes look at the Disneyland version.
• The 100 Years of Wonder celebration will kick off at Disneyland starting in late January 2023.
• Special decorations and two new fountains will be installed at Sleeping Beauty Castle to commemorate 100 Years of Wonder.
• More details were revealed today surrounding the new “Wondrous Journeys” fireworks spectacular and updated “World of Color” for the celebration.
• There’s a first look at the special 100 Years of Wonder popcorn bucket and new Spirit Jersey headed to Disneyland as well.
• Disneyland has temporarily paused Park Pass reservations for dates in 2023 due to the celebration‘s announcement.
• “Magic Happens” will officially return to Disneyland in the spring of 2023.
• The Super Heroes at Disney Parks panel this weekend during New York Comic-Con will offer more details about the new Avengers Multiverse attraction coming to Disney California Adventure.

Tokyo Disney Resort

• A new Christmas Tree-themed popcorn bucket is headed to Tokyo Disney Resort this November!

Disneyland Paris

• We have a look at some of the new holiday merchandise including a Spirit Jersey headed to Disneyland Paris for Christmas this year!
• A closer look is out at the new Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary version of Monopoly.
