Good morning from Magic Kingdom. Today we are here for the return of Pete’s Silly Sideshow character meet and greets. We are so excited to meet Daisy, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald today. We will also be sure to report on all the other new things we find today in the park. Let’s get started!

We are so happy to be back in the most magical place on earth. The Christmas decorations have been removed, and new spring flowers have been planted.

The Roy and Minnie statue has returned with beautiful new flowers.

First, we decided to stop into the Emporium to see what new things we could find. Two new Disney Princess mugs featuring Ariel and Jasmine have arrived.

The Walt Disney World 50th anniversary is coming to an end, which means more of the grand finale merchandise is arriving. We spotted these 50th anniversary grand finale crocs available in the Emporium. The print features Disney characters and Walt Disney World landmarks.

A Minnie Mouse beaded ear headband is now available in the Emporium. These ears match the beaded ear hat we recently found in the parks.

A new Winnie the Pooh mini Loungefly backpack has arrived in Uptown Jewelers. Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore are featured on the mini backpack.

It was a very cold day in Magic Kingdom, and The Dapper Dans were bundled up for the weather.

It was time to make our way to Pete’s Silly Sideshow, as it opens at 10 a.m. Guests can meet Minnie Magnifique, Daisy Fortuna, The Astounding Donaldo, and The Great Goofini.

For the reopening, the characters opened the doors greeting guests. We followed the characters inside for the meet and greet. There are two lines set up. One line to meet Minnie and Daisy and another line to meet Goofy and Donald.

First, we met Daisy and Minnie.

There were no Disney PhotoPass photographers taking photos. There were new automated PhotoPass cameras that had been installed but were not up and running just yet. Cast members were offering to take photos for guests.

New Figment phone cases, ornaments, magnets, and watch bands are now available on maDe kiosks.

A new Disney 100 Years of Wonder Walt Disney Studios ornament is now available in Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe.

We stopped by Splash Mountain and noticed the “You May Get Wet” Br’er Rabbit sign is now missing from the queue. Splash Mountain will officially be closed on January 23, 2023.
