The Festival of the Arts is one of four seasonal festivals at EPCOT. It began in 2017. It’s the newest of the four, with Flower & Garden Festival having debuted in 1994, Food & Wine in 1995, and Festival of the Holidays in 1996. The festivals have different focuses but all usually feature specialty food and beverage, entertainment, merchandise, and activities.
