REVIEW: Kristoff Kaffe from Kringla Bakeri og Kafé in EPCOT

We tried the sweet, frosty coffee drink called Kristoff Kaffe at Kringla Bakeri og Kafé in EPCOT.

Kringla Bakeri og Kafé has a new sweet coffee treat.

Kringla Bakeri og Kafé is located in Norway within EPCOT’s World Showcase. It is seated just to the side of the queue entrance for Frozen Ever After. When visiting this dining location, Disney expects guests to “savor traditional Norwegian specialties like kringla sweet pretzels, sweet lefse flatbread or the famous school bread. Then ready yourself for conquest with Viking coffee!”

Known for its unique year-round pastry offerings, especially the fan-favorite School Bread, the bakery is now offering a new frosty drink on their menu. We just had to try it for you.

Kringla Bakeri og Kafé has a short, indoor queue line for ordering. Mobile order is not available at this location. There is limited covered seating available at the bakery’s exit.

In addition to the new Kristoff Kaffe, this location offers a variety of soft drinks, standard coffee, espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos.

The Kristoff Kaffe features mocha flavored sauce and “crunch” toppings.

The chocolate-coffee sauce is drizzled down the sides of the cup before the frozen concoction is added. This adds a little bit of chocolate flavor, but also a decorative element to the presentation.

We found this drink to be creamy, even though it is frozen. We thought it was similar to the frozen Viking Coffee sans alcohol.

The “coffee-chocolate crunch” topping appears to be the same chocolate flake topping on the frozen Viking coffee.

It’s delicious, and the portion is just right for sharing to cool down and wake up.

The coffee flavor isn’t too powerful, but it is easy to pick up on the flavor.

This drink gives you just enough coffee taste to balance with the chocolate flavor. It is a tasty and refreshing addition to the menu.
